Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of PrimePlot ("the site"). By browsing, signing in, submitting a listing, or contacting a developer through the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What PrimePlot is — and isn't

PrimePlot is a marketplace and information service for plotted land projects around Pune. We check listed projects against public records where we can (MahaRERA registration, 7/12 extracts, NA conversion orders and sanctioned layouts) and mark what we've confirmed.

We are not a party to any property transaction, a real estate agent, or a substitute for independent legal advice. Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee title, ownership, or that a project is free of dispute. Always carry out your own legal due diligence, and use a qualified advocate, before making a purchase decision or paying any amount.

Using an account

We use passwordless, email-based sign-in. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since anyone with that access can sign in as you. One account per person, please.

If you list a property

Submitting a project for listing, you confirm that the information and photos you provide are accurate and that you're authorised to list it. Every submission is reviewed by our team before publishing, and we may verify details, edit a listing for clarity, decline to publish it, or remove a live listing at our discretion — for example if information turns out to be inaccurate. Publishing a listing is not a guarantee by PrimePlot of its legal status.

Enquiries and contact requests

When you send an enquiry, request loan assistance, or contact a developer, you're asking us to pass your name, phone number and message to that developer or to a lending partner so they can respond to you directly. Once shared, further contact from them is between you and them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or enquiries.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the site.
• Attempt to bypass sign-in, rate limits, or other access controls.
• Use the contact or loan forms to send spam or unrelated solicitations.
• Interfere with the site's normal operation or security.

We may suspend or remove access for accounts that break these rules.

Intellectual property

The PrimePlot name, design and site code belong to us. Project photos and descriptions remain the property of the developer or owner who supplied them; listing them on PrimePlot doesn't transfer ownership to us.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep listed information accurate and current, but we don't warrant that it is complete, error-free, or that any project will remain available or verified over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PrimePlot is not liable for any loss arising from a property transaction, a decision made based on information found on the site, or from content supplied by a developer, owner, or other user. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the fees, if any, you've paid us directly — buyers currently pay nothing to use PrimePlot.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms, the site, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
