What this covers

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Your browser also offers local storage, which works similarly but never leaves your device. We use a short list of both, described below — nothing hidden, nothing sold.

Strictly necessary — always on

These keep the site working and can't be switched off, since sign-in and basic security depend on them.

• Sign-in session (cookies starting with sb-): keeps you signed in between visits. Set by Supabase, our authentication provider, when you sign in; expires when your session ends or you sign out. It's set so page scripts can't read it.
• Cookie preference (browser local storage): remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies, so we don't ask you every visit.

Local storage we use for convenience

These stay on your device only and are never sent to our servers:

• Listing draft: if you start the "list your property" form and leave partway through, your progress is saved in your browser so you can pick up where you left off.

Analytics and advertising — not currently used

We don't run analytics or advertising cookies today. If we introduce them in future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent again through the banner, rather than turning them on silently.

Third-party content

Project location maps are built from free map tiles from OpenStreetMap and Esri. Viewing a map loads image tiles directly from whichever of the two is showing; neither is known to set tracking cookies for this kind of use, but we don't control their servers.

Managing your choice

You can change your preference here at any time, or clear cookies and local storage from your browser's own settings.

If what we use changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
